Strange faces,
Disguised scruples,
Tangled realities,
Veiled intentions..

Imprecise acuity,
And the faith in goodness.

Too Human

Life's too existential
Facts too real
Truth is too honest
Too good - the best
Happiness is too satisfied
Pain is too compromised
For, my friend, I am too human
And too sinister is my demon
It's a joke, I can't take it
A smile, I can fake it
Circle of negligence -
The wheel imprudently spun
'I care not', I'm too human
Passivity, indifference and apathy
I subsist, I am too human.
